SCHEDULES for
maintenance and staff:
The system automatically schedules the work order for the
next cycle and you can vary frequency with each cycle. You can
also schedule your staff on a separate calendar to account for
vacations, etc.. The rolling schedule system adapts to changes in
frequencies and tracks if maintenance is being performed on time.
PARTS INVENTORY:
Maintains a complete inventory database, that relates to the
workorders. Flags right on the workorder when a part is out of
stock before you have to do maintenance.
COST TRACKING:
Easily see how much each workorder is costing you for parts and
labor. The system automatically estimates the hours for a
work order based on an average of what was done previously. You
can also project the costs months ahead, for planning. You can see
the cost per group of equipment or per equipment.
EQUIPMENT AND PART DATA
and barcodes:
The system maintains details about the equipment, including
drawings and manuals and details about each part, with room for a
barcode.
COST PROJECTIONS AND ESTIMATES:
The program will project any number of months ahead based on your
current maintenance schedule and parts data, to generate a list of
what you will be doing each day in the future and what it will
cost you. Great for budgeting.
COMPLETE HISTORY: No need to archive
The FileMaker Engine handles millions of records. You can maintain
a complete history of each repair with separate photos and
videos for each, so you can see what has happened to your
equipment. Great for audit purposes.
FILEMAKER ACCESS + WEB ACCESS - Best of both worlds!
Many software systems use web access only. This means your data is
on a server, and you cannot take it with you. But with our
software, you get the best of both worlds. Web access, from your
own or our own server, and FileMaker access to create your own
reports, do queries and carry your data with you, on the go. Power
users manage the data with FileMaker. Casual users can browse the
workorders, and some users can use mobile Apps, to get to your
workorders. It is all up to you!
SHARE WITH WITH UP TO 250 USERS:
Not everyone needs FileMaker, just Power Users.
FileMaker is scalable. With FileMaker server (under $1000) you can
share with up to 250 people in your firm. Not everyone needs
FileMaker. For ocassional users, retrieiving costs or a workorder,
or completing a workorder electronically, Internet Explorer is
sufficient.
Mobile Device Access
FileMake offers several applications that allow you to connect to
your hosted database using Mobile devices like the iPad.
