Public Works Manager Plus is a completely customizable product.  It was designed  to fit your town's requirements as closely as possible. We even include your own forms. Yet, you do not pay extra for customization. It is all included in the price.

The package is $100 per month on credit card or $1200 per year on a PO and this includes:

  1. Custom forms for up to 5 departments with pick list data and default data (this can be changed by your staff any time.)  Additional department set ups just $50

  2. Installation on our server, maintenance, and support

  3. Training classes on-line (as many as needed with changing personnel)

  4. Custom citizen's data input page that feeds into the system
    (can be integrated into your site.)

  5. Your own  SMTP email account for sending emails directly from the program and receiving.

  6. Custom data entry forms for closing work orders in the field.

  7. Free integration with other products in FileMaker. For example: We can extract data from our preventative maintenance databases (EPM 9)  and integrate this schedule, or we could create combined reports.

  8. You can add new features, and our prices are low

  9. You can create your own FileMaker based applications and have them take data from our FileMaker system.
