Importing existing manuals into O&M Writer
ID: 18 Category: O&M Writer Status: Resolved Views: 986

Question:

I have an old manual in a word processing program. Can I import that data into O&M Writer?

Solution:

You can cut and paste from any program that runs under Windows, both text and graphics. It is pretty simple to enter a Word document into one of our templates.

If you are import parts lists or vendor data, you can import using a comma separated, DBF, Excel or other formats. It is as easy as matching your field names to our field names using a simple screen. Corrections are easily made.
