How do I back up my data?

Question: I need to make a backup of my files, how do I do that? Solution: All of our programs have a backup button. The backup button runs a batch file that copies all of the database files to a folder inside the application folder called backup. Some of our applications automatically run the batch file (batckup.bat) on exiting.
