With our system, each
department gets to create their own form and has their own
logos, emails and other information. So while you can centralize
workorder intake and dispatching, you still retain each
departments individuality and budget management. We will
scan and incorporate any form for free. Or chose from our great
genertic forms.
FLEXIBLE READY
REPORTING
We have a very
flexible query screen to create all kinds of reports. And as the
FileMaker administrator you can run a report wizard, to create
just about any kind of report. We also do this for you for
about $40 per scripted report. You will have all of the
reports you need.
Email workorders as
text or as a PDF attachment
You can email the
workorders as a text format, that you define with all of the dat
filled in, or you can chose to email your departments form as a
PDF. Workers can access this email on iPads, iPhones or any web
or email enabled device.
GO PAPERLESS OR STAY
WITH PAPER - you chose.
We can create a
process so you can go completely paperless, or you can chose to
still use paper. It is up to you. All of our forms can be
emailed as PDF or as text, and you can chose to print them.
ALL THE FIELDS YOU
NEED AND MORE
You can add more
fields for each department. Example: We have meter
readings collection, special list of materials, and special
icons for each workorder for departments such as Sanitation,
Animal Control, Parks Departments, Vehicle Maintenance and more.
You decide what you need. We incorporate this.
